Every autumn, Barrie Taxi Ltd. runs the Cabs for Cancer campaign to raise awareness about breast cancer and prostate cancer. The campaign runs for the months of October in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month and November in support of Movember. One dollar ($1.00) from every cab ride provided by the Cabs for Cancer is donated to the Simcoe Muskoka Regional Cancer Centre at Royal Victoria Hospital.
